29-Muhammad Foretold in The old Testament by Name In Solomon's Song of Songs (Shir ha-Shirim, 5:16), the word is read in the original form as Ma.ha.mad.dim; in the Hebrew language 'im' is added for plurality of respect, the word origin of is from "hamad" which in both Hebrew and Arabic languages is verb praise, desire and it is the prime root of the Arabic word (مُحَمَّدٌ) which is read as Muhammad.

Christians' way Jews will say this word in Hebrew is discussing Solomon (Peace be upon him), while Christians will say it is discussing Jesus (Peace be upon him). The Biblical translation of the verse as follows: "His mouth is most sweet: yea, he is Most lovely. This is my beloved, and this is my friend, O daughters of Jerusalem."
Muslims' way The correct translation for (Song of Songs, 5:16) should be as follows: "His mouth is most sweet: yea, he is Muhammad. This is my beloved, and this is my friend, O daughters of Jerusalem."
