| It is Inevitably Urgent to Uproot Terrorism Prof. Dr. Muhammad Mukhtar Jumu'ah The Minister of Awqaf
If there is enough determination to do away with terrorism, it is necessary to develop a well-designed plan for confronting it; we have to know exactly the size and nature of the terroristic challenges and alliances.
Such alliances are not necessarily written, signed or disclosed, since they may be implicit in line with the objectives of the groups and powers of darkness and terrorism as well as their supporters and those who make advantages thereof to achieve their own interests.
It is undeniable that days unveil different colors of alliance and coordinance among terroristic groups led by ISIS who spread corruption in Iraq and Syria and the international organization of the Muslim Brothers.
They are more than ready to destroy crops and cattle to achieve their own goals of assuming powers and getting worldly gains. Their main target is Egypt.
Yet, Qatar and Turkey provide a base and shelter.
Evidently, the end of the organization in Egypt brings about its end around the world.
The supporters of terrorism are well aware that the Egyptian resistance to the powers of evil, terror, vandalism and destruction thwarts their plans to divide the region, dominate its oil, resources and capacities and weaken its armies.
Then, the Zionist aggressive army will be the first to benefit from the division and disintegration of our Arab nation. It was the most powerful army, almost irresistible, until the Egyptian army defeated and humiliated it decisively on Ramadan th/October th War,.
In the time when the ISIS declares several successive crimes, some leaders of Muslim Brothers call for terror, violence and destruction. For example, Ahmad al-Mugheer, who was among the followers of Khayrat alShatir, declares that terror is a duty while assassinations are optional.
Likewise, Muhammad al-Sagheer directed demonstrators to fight against those who try to stop their demonstrations.
Senator Darrel Issa, intentionally or unintentionally, drew some indirect links between the ISIS and the Muslim Brothers in practicing terrorism and influencing the choices of the people in the rejoin, which in turn raises worries and fears about the future terroristic activities.
I mentioned several times that both the ISIS and the Brothers are fighting a proxy war for the interests of the new imperial powers that may change in forms and appearances using the traitors, agents and mercenaries to achieve their aims and plots through religious trafficking.
In truth, the religion is wholly free from their criminal actions. We assured that these actions had nothing to do with humankind and humanity, let alone the pure Islam.
It is a case similar to that evinced by the poet: I am not to blame the tyrant for violation or aggression
They inevitably will keep on, but we must be ready to defy
There is an inescapable confrontation that requires urgent and serious procedures domestically and internationally in which all individuals, communities and countries shall work together.
. Scholars, intelligentsia and thinkers should concertedly work to uncover the falsity of these terroristic and misguided groups who commit suicide bombings.
. Necessary coordination should be made between the leaders of the target states including Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and UAE to form a strategic untraditional vision for encountering the challenges of terrorism and the imperial powers behind them regardless of the false claims they assume; they may change their skin and languages several times, but a true believer should not deceive or be deceived; 'Umar ibn al-Khattab used to say, “I am not a deceiver nor I will allow someone to deceive me”.
. All nations and governments should share the same view about the common destiny. The awareness about this issue has reached a hopeful point but more courage and boldness are required for cooperation and coordination in an unusual manner in accordance with the nature and size of the challenges facing the Arab rejoin, especially the major and influential Arab countries.
In this regard, it is fair to commend the positive movements: First: President Abd El-Fattah El-Sisi mentioned that the security of Egypt and the Arab nation is an indivisible whole; the security of all Arabs guarantee the security of Egypt and the security of the Gulf rejoin is a red line. I have assured several times that many proofs are there to prove the independent decision and national will of Egypt, e.g., these declarations and launching several national major economic projects, most importantly the Suez Canal Project.
Second: On different occasions, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques said, "He who supports Egypt today, Egypt will support him tomorrow but those who refuse to stand with Egypt will find no one to stand with them in the future". The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia fully stands up with its elder sister Egypt in face of terrorism and challenges.
Third:
The leaders of UAE issued various declarations on different occasions backed by practical affirmations that reveal their awareness of the nature and challenges of this phase, as most recently expressed in the statement of the Lieutenant General Dhahi Khalfan who said, 'For the sake of Egypt bloods should be sacrificed, needless to mention money'. He also affirmed that at the moment when Egypt recovers, the whole nation will march forward and all those who stood against the Egyptian people and the brave armed forces will turn regretful. Such speech is worthy of welcome and appreciation.
More and deeper hopes loom in the wake of the conscious and positive declarations I heard from the Emir of Kuwait His Highness Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah and the king of Bahrain His Highness Sheikh Hamad Bin Isa Bin Salman Al Khalifa during my company of the Grand Imam in his visit to Kuwait and Bahrain. Their declarations unveiled their right vision, full awareness of the nature of the current challenges, high sense of Arabism and patriotism towards Egypt and the Arab issues.
Assuring that all the Egyptian people support the political leadership and are ready to pay the ultimate sacrifice for their homeland and Arab nation, we assert that the issue is in need of collective Arab efforts that live up to the level of dangers and challenges. Tomorrow, terrorism will devour its today supporters; indeed, tomorrow is close if you wait for it. |
