Khutbah Topic
His Eminence Sheikh Khalid al-Ghamdi
–May Allah protect him– delivered this Friday khutbahtitled “The Fruits of Believing in Predestination” in which hetalked about the belief in predestination as one of the greatest pillars and important principles of the Islamic faith, highlighting its effects on the believing servant. He also mentioned ample evidence about it and about its necessity from the Qur’an and the Sunnah.

Part One
Praise be to Allah! Praise be to Allah, the Sublime, the Most High, Who designed creation and proportioned it, and Who destined and then guided (mankind).  He enlightened the hearts of His devout servants with the Qualities of His Majesty and the aspects of theAttributes of His Perfection. Indeed, He marvelled them with the signs of His Grandeur as manifested in His Fate, Divine Decree, and Power. I praise Him ‒May He be glorified‒ and show Him gratitude; for there is none who can repel His predestination and none whocanrevise His decrees.

I bear witness that there is no deity except Allah alone with no partner; He is the One and only Divinity, the Eternal Refuge.  Far raised be He above having resemblances and matches! Sanctified be He! He has no rivals, equals, or similarities. I also bear witness that Muhammad is His Servant, Messenger, Select from among all His creatures, and the Master of His prophets and messengers. Allah chose him for prophethood after a periodofsuspension of messengers. With him, Allah opened locked hearts, blind eyes, and deaf ears. Consequently, people enteredinto the religion of Allah in successive multitudes and flocks. May Allah send His profuse Salat (Graces, Honours, and Mercy) and Peace upon this Great Master, his Family, his Companions, and the tabi'in (the contemporaries of the Companions of the Prophet ‒May Allah’s Salat and Peace be upon him‒ after his death) as long as light flashes after darkness, and as long as night and day keep alternating for eternity.

Now then,
O servants of Allah! Observe due taqwa(fear) of Allah as Allah deserves and beash amed of Him asshould be! Do take special care of your heads and what thoughts they should keep therein, and your stomachs and what they should contain. Keep remembering (the imminence of) death and affliction! He who longs for the Hereafter will renounce the adornments of the Herein.

O you who believe! Fear Allâh (by doing all that He has ordered and by abstaining from all that He has forbidden) as He should be feared. [Obey Him, be thankful to Him, and remember Him always], and die not except in a state of Islâm (as Muslims) with complete submission to Allâh.[AlImran: 102]

O Muslim Ummah!
How beautiful and happy the life of the believing servant will be, and how content he will be when he knows for certain that the afflictions which have befallen him could never have missed him and those which have missed him could never have befallen him,and that everything in this universe happens in accordance with Allah’s knowledge and preordainment. With this conviction, the believing servant feelscomforted, enjoyspeaceofmind, and feelscalm. Consequently, his confidence in his Lord isboosted and his reliance on Allah is reinforced.

All the foregoing benefits are but a fleeting glimpse from the light of the belief in predestination, which is one of the greatest pillars of faith and the most important fundamentals of creed and religion. Allah will accept nothing from anyone whosebelief in itis not sincere, vibrant and pulsating, effective on one’s life, replete with meanings of faith and signs of genuine devotion which foster in the believing servant a spirit that is well-pleased and pleasing to its Lord, working hard and is constructive, and striving to pursue all that is of benefit to it in its Herein and Hereafter.

Hence, the belief in predestination is the real testing ground of the believer’s sincerity, devotion, knowledge of his Lord, and satisfaction with Allah’s actions. Many arethe people who havefallen into the trial of affliction through fright, enraged complaints and objections. Some have failed at the first obstacle. Others have been let down by Allah after they claimed that there is no predestination and that actions and events take place haphazardly without prior divine knowledge and will. These people have indeed believed the suspicions and the confusing questions which Satan has sown in their minds and which accuse Allah in His decrees, find fault with His predestination, and fail to perceive the far-reaching sagacity of His actions. In fact, these people have not appraised Allah with true appraisal  when Satan has enticed them and madethem fall into temptation.

Quite certainly, the belief in predestination is the salvation, success, and bliss which many miserable, dejected and perplexed people have failed to gain. By contrast, the believer has an unshakable conviction that Allah ‒to Whom be ascribed all perfection and Majesty‒ has indeed predestined all events in this universe, be they good or bad, minor or major. Allah ‒May He be extolled‒ has extensive and all-encompassing knowledge about all these events and about both their overall and detailed shape and substance before creating them. Then, Heordered the Pen to inscribe on al-Lawh al-Mahfoodh  every single thing that is bound to exist and every single event that is bound to occur, be it minor or major.

Subsequently, decreed events and happenings start unfolding and concretising in accordance with Allah’s will and sanction. Divine predestination is substantiated through creation according to the initial predesigned scheme (i.e. predestination) and its actualisation takes place harmoniously and sequentially, with precise exactness, leaving no space for disorder.

He‒May He be exalted‒ said:
... We have neglected nothing in the Book ...[Al-Ana’am: 38]

Here, “in the Book”means“in the Preserved Tablet.”

He ‒May He be glorified‒ also said:
Verily, We have created all things with Qadar (Divine Preordainments of all things before their creation, as written in the Book of Decrees Al-Lauh Al-Mahfûz).[Al-Qamar: 49]

He ‒May He be glorified‒ also said:
... And the Command of Allâh is a decree determined.[Al-Ahzab: 38]

In the famous hadith ‒the hadith of Jibreel (Archangel Gabriel)‒ the Prophet –May Allah’s Salat and Peace be upon him and his Family– considered belief in predestination ‒be it bitter or sweet, good or bad‒one of the great pillars of faith. In a hadith asserted as authentic by al-Tirmithi in his hadith book entitled al-Jami’, Prophet Muhammad –May Allah’s Salat and Peace be upon him and his Family– is reported to have said: “A person is not considereda believer until he/she believes in Allah’s predestination, both good and bad, and until he recognises that the afflictions which have befallen him could never have missed him and those which have missed him could never have befallen him.”

The Prophet ‒May Allah’s Salat and Peace be upon him and his Family‒ used to instil the creed of belief in predestination into the minds of children and youth, in additionto adults, among his Companions ‒May Allah be pleased with them all! This is clear in the amazing and wonderful hadith where the Prophet ‒May Allah’s Salat and Peace be upon him and his Family‒ delivers a number of major commandments to Ibn Abbas ‒May Allah be pleased him and his father‒ when the latter was still a little child. Among those great commandments, we find: “And let it be known to you that if the Ummah were to get together to benefit you with anything, they would never benefit you except with what Allah had already predestined for you, and if they were to get together to harm you with anything, they would not harm you except with what Allah had already predestined against you. The pens have been lifted and the registers have dried.” [Reported by Imam Ahmed and al-Tirmithi]

He –May Allah’s Salat and Peace be upon him and his Family– also said to Zaid ibn Thabet ‒May Allah be pleased with him‒ who was an enthusiastic and intelligent youth:“Were you to spend in support of Allah’s cause an amount of gold equivalent to (the mountain of)Uhud, Allah would not accept it from you until you believed in predestination and knew that what has befallen you could not have missed you and that what has missed you could not have befallen you. Were you to die believing otherwise, you would enter Hell.” [Reported by Imam Ahmed with authentic ascription]

In the hadith narrated by Abi al-Darda’ ‒May Allah be pleased with him‒ and included in Imam Ahmad’s Musnad, the Prophet ‒May Allah’s Salat and Peace be upon him and his Family‒ is reported to have said: “No undutiful son, wine addict, or disbeliever in predestination will enter Paradise.”

O believers!
Among the dazzling wonders of the belief in predestination which glorify the Lord ‒To Whom be ascribed all Perfection and Majesty– and deserve meditation is that Allah –To Whom be ascribed all Perfection and Majesty– had preordained the destiny of all creatures fifty thousand years prior to creating the heavens and the earth. His Throne lay then on water, as is asserted in the hadith book entitled Sahih by Imam Muslim. What is equally worth contemplating is that the first thing Allah created was the Pen. “He said to it,” as it is attested in the hadith book entitledSunanby Abi Dawood, “Inscribe!’ It said: “O my Lord! What shall I inscribe?” He replied: “Inscribe the preordained destiny of everything until the advent of Doomsday.”

Allah ‒To Whom be ascribed all Perfection and Majesty– knows what exists onthe land and in the sea:

 … not a leaf falls, but he knows it. There is not a grain in the darkness of the earth nor anything fresh or dry, but is written in a Clear Record.[Al-An’am: 59]

In fact, Allah ‒To Whom be ascribed all Perfection and Majesty–has prior knowledge of all entities, along with their preordained destinies and proportions, be they small or big, and He has prior knowledge of what happened, what will happen, and how inexistent entities would be like if they were ever to exist.

All these events and their respective preordainments and proportions are inscribed in details on the Preserved Tablet before their emergence into existence. This is confirmed by Allah ‒to Whom belong Might and Majesty‒ in the following verse:

No calamity befalls on the earth or in yourselves but is inscribed in the Book of Decrees (Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz), before We bring it into existence. Verily, that is easy for Allah.[Al-Hadeed: 22]

This part of the verse… before We bring it into existence means before Allah has substantiated it in reality.

Then, Allah ‒To Whom be ascribed all Perfection and Majesty– created facts and events, and made them manifest in reality according to their initial image inscribed on His records. Glory be to Him! Nothing of the aforementioned facts and events can change or undergo any alterations. This is indeed one of the most overwhelming proofs attesting to the Divinity and Lordship of Allah ‒Be He glorified‒ as well as His all-encompassing Might and perfect Knowledge.
This is also evidence that He is the true Divinity Who is alone worthy of worship. Creatures worship Him alone, implore Him alone, rely on Him alone, depend on Him alone, and address Him alone for relief. His knowledge is all-encompassing; His might, authority, and coercive power (as the All-Compelling Subduer) subjugate all existence. Therefore, nothing in this universe can evade His authority and supreme capability, and none of the gigantic events can occur without His knowledge and permission.

Glory be to Him Whose wisdom has overawed human reason! Glory be to Him Whose predestination has marvelled the judicious and the intelligent! The most eloquent of tongues have failed to articulate the degree of His subtle benevolence attendant upon His decreed predestination, and the intelligence of His creatures have fallen short of perceiving the mysterious secrets of His predestination and divine actions.

… that you may know that Allah has power over all things, and that Allah surrounds (comprehends) all things in (His) Knowledge.[Al-Talaq: 12]

Imam al-Shafi’ee ‒May Allah bless and consecrate his soul‒ said:
What you decree will exist notwithstanding my will,
For without Your Will, what I decide, is simply next to nil.

You created mankind as per divine knowledge,
Both youth and the elderly exist within the realm of Your knowledge.

On some You bestow blessings; but others You let down, Some You assist; but with others You desist.

Among them the wretched, among them the blissful,
Among them the ugly, among them the beautiful!

O Muslims!
The predestination we have been talking about concerns what Allah decreed and inscribed on the Preserved Tablet. It is the overall eternal predestination. It never changes nor does itmutate. Nothing from it can be erased.

There is also the lifespan predestination. It is decreed for any human being in this worldly life since the time he/she is still at the foetal stage in his/her mother’s womb, just before life is breathed intoit. Allah sends an angel who is commanded to inscribe these data about the human foetus: his/her livelihood, death timing, deeds, and whether he/she is to be blissful or wretched.

Thereisalso the an nual predestination, taking place every year at the Night of Decree (Al-Qadr Night). On that nightis madedistinct every precise matter and is withdrawn from the Preserved Tablet. That is to say, on that night all matters connected to the year in question are determined, including people’s livelihoods, afflictions, death and life matters, until the advent of the coming year.

Again, there is the daily predestination of cosmic events. Allah –to Whom belong Might and Majesty‒ said:

… Every day He has a matter to bring forth (such as giving honour to some, disgrace to some, life to some, death to some, etc.)![Al-Rahman: 29]

Prophet Muhammad –May Allah’s Salat and Peace be upon him and his Family– said: “Among His matters forgiving sins, relievingdistress, elevating the status of some, and lowering that of others.” [Reported by Ibn Majah with authentic ascription]

In the authentic hadith narrated by Ibn Abbas ‒May Allah be pleased with him and his father: “Allah, the Almighty, takes three hundred and sixty looks at the Preserved Tablet daily.Through each look, He creates, giveslife, puts todeath, dignifies, humiliates, and does whatever He pleases.” [Reported by al-Tabarani with authentic ascription]

Thus, whoever believes in all matters preordained by Allah and feels contented with what He allotted to him through preordainment, Allah will in return infuse his heart with contentment and tranquillity, reserve his heart for loving Him alone and repenting unto Him, bestow upon him all the prerequisites of wellbeing, and the permissible delights of worldly life will be readily accessible to him.

For those who miss out on their chances to believe in predestination, Allah, in return, will thwart their endeavours and lead them straight to poverty. They will then turn captive to their own suspicions, distress, and sorrows. They will reap nothing but disappointment and misery. They will have no chance to experience the kindness and tenderness of Almighty Allah during times of calamities and tribulations. Satan, for instance, defied the commands of His Lord –May He be extolled– when He favoured Adam –Peace be upon him– over him; so he refused to prostrate to him (Adam). As retribution, Allah expelled him from His Lofty Kingdom, and placed His curse on him until the Day of Judgement.

He said to him:
"Get out from this (Paradise), disgraced and expelled."[Al-A’raf: 18]

Real faith in predestination and fate would help raise within the believer the firm credence that everything in this universe is in the Hands of Allah alone, Who possesses the dominions of the heavens and the earth; Who has the treasures of and keys to everything, and before Whom everyone stands weak, helpless, poor, unable to do good or bad for themselves and with no control over their demise, life or resurrection.

Therefore, the believer would lead his life with peace of mind, serenity, and a great spirit of trust in and reliance on Allah. He would be fearless and bold enough to pursue hard work, diligence, perseverance, and productiveness. Hence, he would be able to achieve and enjoy that sense of pride, victory, empowerment as well as a good and constructive life.

This is the state of experiencing real belief in predestination; when the warmth and charm of such belief is intertwined with the heart’s sensations, and its breezes infiltrate the paths of the mind and the soul, and the souls learn that everything is predestined, as the Prophet –May Allah’s Salat and Peace be upon him and his Family– said: “Everything is by decree - even incapacity and ability, wealth and poverty, well-being and sickness, and triumph and defeat.”

Almighty Allah says:
Neither you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) do any deed nor recite any portion of the Qur’ân, - nor you (mankind) do any deed (good or evil) but We are Witness thereof, when you are doing it. And nothing is hidden from your Lord (so much as) the weight of an atom (or small ant) on the earth or in the heaven. Not what is less than that or what is greater than that but is (written) in a Clear Record.[Yunus: 61]

May Allah bless you and me by the great Qur'an, and grant you and me the benefit of its verses and wisdom! Having said this, I pray Allah, the All-Powerful, the Majestic to forgive me, you and all Muslims for all our sins; so pray Him for forgiveness, for my Lord is indeed the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful.

The Fruits of Believing in Predestination Empty
مُساهمةموضوع: رد: The Fruits of Believing in Predestination    The Fruits of Believing in Predestination Emptyالثلاثاء 02 يناير 2018, 6:36 am

Part Two
Praise be to Allah, Who destined and decreed; Who gaveeachthingitsform andthenguided it . May Allah’s Salat and Peace be upon His Chosen Prophet and Select Friend, upon his Family, the noble masters, his Companions, the people of rationality and wisdom, and those who follow them with righteousness until the Day of Resurrection!

Now then, O Muslims!
Strong belief in predestination and true acquiescence to fate would help rid hearts of all the distress, sadness, anxiety and fear of the future with which they may be stricken. They would help discipline and refine devout souls so they will envy no one among those whom Allah has given from his bounty. They would feel no hatred or rancour, or behave arrogantly towards anyone. They would not aspire to that which Allah has not granted them nor would they compete in that which is but perishable or passing mirage.

When this divine faith was strongly established in the hearts of the Companions and righteous predecessors, they were then able to prevail in this world and conquer all corners of the globe. However, when it started to faint and wither in the hearts of many Muslims and to undergo muchfutile controversy, misconceptions and deviations, the Ummah began to decline and dwindle down and it is still in this state.

Predestination engenders the functioning system of tawheed (monotheism) and constitutes Allah’s secret behind His creation. Engaging in matters of destiny which Allah has strictly reserved for Himself and concealed from His creatures would lead one to fall in a great abyss of puzzlement, doubt and atheism. In this regard, the Prophet –May Allah’s Salat and Peace be upon him and his Family– said: “If my Companions are mentioned, then hold back, if the stars are mentioned, then hold back, if the stars are mentioned, then hold back.” [Narrated by al-Tabarani with authentic ascription]

This means: Do not engage in matters that do not concern you and particularities you cannot fathom out. Instead, you have to acquiesce and totally give in to Allah’s Will and amazing Wisdom in the way He decrees His predestination, because one is weak and incapable of understanding the secrets behind Allah’s decrees and deeds due to the limitations of his mind.

Some people –O servants of Allah– have fallen into an aberrance of another type as they have taken liberty to condone dereliction of some of the obligations which Allah imposed on them or to legitimise some of the practices that are otherwise deemed sinful and haram (forbidden). Then, they would argue that this is all predestination and that Allah has decreed it for them.Consequently, they would deem legitimate what Allah has forbidden, and would thus beafflicted with flimsiness in their faith and weakness in their worship.

And this is indeed –O Muslims– one of the most shameful paths of perversion and aberration, because using predestination to justify one’s dereliction of duties and engagement in sinning is the argument of Satan and the polytheists.

We read in the Qur’an that Satan said:
"O my Lord! Because you misled me…[Al-Hijr: 39]

The Mushrikoon (the polytheists) also said in this regard:
…"If Allâh had willed, we would not have taken partners (in worship) with Him, nor would our fathers, and we would not have forbidden anything (against His Will) ..."[Al-An’am: 148]

Allah‒to Whom be ascribed all Perfection and Majesty‒ responded against this Satanic and blasphemous argument in the most articulate way possible. He –May He be Extolled– said:

… "Likewise belied those who were before them, (they argued falsely with Allâh’s Messengers), till they tasted Our Wrath. Say: "Have you any knowledge (proof) that you can produce before us? Verily, you follow nothing but guess and you do nothing but lie."[Al-An’am: 148]

Therefore, it is not permissible to use predestination as argument to justify one’s engagement in sinning and disgrace and dereliction of duties.

As for the calamities and tribulations over which man has no control, it is the duty of the servant to accept and give in (to Allah’s Will), and to say: “This is in accordance with Allah’s Will and Decree.” Allah, the Almighty, says:

… and whosoever believes in Allâh, He guides his heart [to the true Faith with certainty, i.e. what has befallen him was already written for him by Allâh from the Qadar (Divine Preordainments)].[Al-Taghabun: 11]

The Prophet –May Allah’s Salat and Peace be upon him and his Family– said: “Be keen on what benefits you and seek help from Allah, and do not give up. If anything afflicts you, do not say: ‘If I had done such and such things, such and such would have happened.’ But say: ‘Allah decrees and what He wills He does,’ for (the word) ‘If’ provides an opening for the deeds of the devil.” [Narrated by Imam Ahmad and Imam Muslim]

O Muslim Ummah!
A form of aberration which has pervaded the hearts of many people since ancient times and it has had a negative effect on the reality of the Muslim Ummah this is intentional negligence, on the part of such people, of adopting the legitimate measures of self-defence, both material and moral, which Allah has created and linked to the reasons leading to the outcomes. They overlooked that‒i.e.the legitimate reasons–out of negligence, laziness and languoror because they contravene predestination or its acquiescence under the pretext that Allah would have had it differently if He wanted to!

This is serious aberration and misconception of what it is to have faith in predestination. It led to further weakness and decadence, dereliction of the measures engendered in material strength, indifference, neglecting the obligation to pursue one’s livelihood, work and therapeutic consultation. This also led to further misunderstanding of the conditions of Muslims and the rapport between that and the divine laws, as well as Allah’s constant decrees that favour no one.

Thanks to His wisdom, Allah –May He be Extolled– has set a reason for everything leading the believing servant to face the predestination Allah has made for him, thereby making him draw the correspondence existing between Allah’s decrees.

It has been determined that overlooking those legitimate measures is a form of vilificationofIslam’s canonical law and evidence of deficiency in rational thought. Hence, the Prophet –May Allah’s Salat and Peace be upon him and his Family– instructed us to work and consider all measures, material and moral. He –May Allah’s Salat and Peace be upon him– said: “Strive and do not beindifferent, for each person will eventually do that for which he was created.” [Narrated by the two Sheikhs: Bukhari and Muslim]

A man came to the Prophet –May Allah’s Salat and Peace be upon him and his Family– and said to him: "Shall I let go my she-camel and place my trust in Allah, or shall I tie her up and place my trust in Him?" The Prophet –May Allah’s Salat and Peace be upon him– replied: “Rather, tie her up and place your trust in Him.” [Narrated by al-Tirmidhi with good ascription]

The Prophet –May Allah’s Salat and Peace be upon him– said: “O servants of Allah! Use remedies. For, Allah did not make a disease but He made a cure for it.” [Narrated by al-Tirmidhi with authentic ascription]

The day Omar al-Farooq –May Allah be pleased with him– wanted to enter the Levant, he learned that the plague had spread in it, so he returned. Some of the Companions reproached him for it and said: “O Omar! Are you fleeing Allah’s predestination?" He replied: “Yes. We arefleeing Allah’s predestination just to face another.” Abdurrahman ibn Awf ‒May Allah be pleased with him‒ said: “I heard the Prophet –May Allah’s Salat and Peace be upon him and his Family– say:‘If you get wind of the outbreak of plague in a land in which you are, do not leave it; and if it breaks out in a land in which you are not, do not enter it." [Narrated by the Two Sheikhs]

This is the correct understanding of thebelief in predestination, and this is the prophetic approach of which Allah approves and for which He grants reward.

(The Sheikh quotes two lines of poetry paraphrased as follows):
Did not you see that Allah said to Mariam:
“And shake the tree trunk, so dates will fall on you?”
If He wanted her to pick up the dates for no reason,
She would have done so, but everything has a reason.

Now, do pray Allah to send HisSalat upon the Messenger of Allah, as Your Lord commanded you to do so in His wise Book where He said:

Allâh sends His Salât (Graces, Honours, Blessings, Mercy) on the Prophet (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم), and also His angels (ask Allâh to bless and forgive him). O you who believe! Send your Salât[1] on (ask Allâh to bless) him (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم), and (you should) greet (salute) him with the Islâmic way of greeting (salutation i.e. As-Salâmu ‘Alaikum. [Al-Ahzab: 56]

The Prophet –May Allah’s Salat and Peace be upon him and his Family– was reported to have said in this regard: “Whoever sendsonesalat upon me, Allah, in return, sends upon him the likes of ten such salats.”

O Allah! Send Your Salat, Peace, and Blessing upon Your loved one, our Prophet, Master, role model and Imam, Muhammad, upon his kind and virtuous Family, Wives and offspring, upon all his virtuous and righteous Companions, namely, Abu Bakr Al-Siddeeq, Omar Al-Farooq, Othman dhu Al-Nourain and Ali Abu Al-Hasanain, and all of those who righteously follow them till the Day of Judgement!

O Allah! Grant glory to Islam and Muslims! O Allah! Grant glory to Islam and Muslims, and fail polytheism and polytheists! O Allah! Grant victory to whoever supports Your religion! O Allah! Grant victory to whoever supports Your religion and let down those who fail to do so,with Your Might, O You, the Almighty, the All-Powerful!

O Allah! Grant victory to our Muslim brothers everywhere! O Allah! Grant victory to our defenseless and oppressed Muslim brothers everywhere! O Allah! Grant them victory in Palestine, Syria, Iraq, Yemen, and Arakan, with Your Might, O You, the Almighty, the All-Powerful!

O Allah! Grant victory to our Mujahidin brothers who are stationed on the borders! O Allah! Grant victory to our Mujahidin brothers who are stationed on the borders! O Allah! Grant them a resounding victory, with Your Might, O You, the Almighty, the All-Powerful!

O Allah! Set right our Imams and leaders! O Allah! Grant our leader success to do what You love and accept! O Allah! Grant our leader success to do what You love and accept! O Allah! Grant him and his Crown Prince success to do what is in the best interest of the country and the people! O Allah! Make them keys to good and locks of evil, by Your Mercy, O You, the Most Merciful!

O Allah! Forgive us, our parents, and all Muslims; those who passed away and those who are still living, by Your Mercy, O You, the Most Merciful!

O Allah! We invoke You, by Your Power to know the unseen and by Your Ability to create, to let us live for so long as life is good for us, and to make us die if death is better for us!

O Allah! We implore You to make us fearful of You in public as well as in private, to grant us moderation in poverty and in richness, and to make us say the truth whether we are satisfied or dissatisfied!

O Allah! We implore You to grant us inexhaustible grace, eternal happiness, satisfaction after Your decree has been carried out, and the bliss of living after death! O Allah! We implore You to grant us the chance to enjoy looking at Your Face, to meet You in circumstances other than those of harmfull adversities and aberrant sedition!

O Allah! Do adorn us with faith and make us from among those who are guides and areguided!

May Allah send HisSalat, Peace and Blessing be upon His Servant and Messenger, Muhammad, and upon all of his Family and Companions!
